Terms of Use

These terms apply to the RunSmoothSystems website and products. By using the website or buying a product, you agree to them.

Who we are: RunSmoothSystems is operated by Mohamed ELFILALI, an independent seller based in Casablanca, Morocco. Contact: hello@runsmoothsystems.com.

1. Products

• RunSmoothSystems sells spreadsheet templates, guides, a setup video and business form templates for house cleaning businesses.
• Products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.
• Product files work in Google Sheets and in Excel 2019, 2021 or Microsoft 365. Older versions of Excel and other spreadsheet apps may not work fully.

2. Buying

• Product orders on our website are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller (merchant of record). Lemon Squeezy charges the price and any sales tax, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Prices are in US dollars.
• Launch prices apply to the number of buyers stated on the product page. After that, the regular price applies.

3. License

Your purchase gives you a license to use the product in one business. See the Product License.

4. Refunds

See the Refund Policy.

5. Estimates, not advice

• The calculators and spreadsheets give estimates based on the numbers you enter.
• They are not tax, legal, accounting or employment advice.
• You are responsible for your prices, your taxes, your insurance and your compliance with labor law, including whether your workers are employees or 1099 contractors.
• The business forms are templates, not legal advice. Have them reviewed by a local attorney.
• All default numbers in the files are examples, except where the file names a source (for example the IRS mileage rate for 2026).

6. No guarantee of results

We do not promise that you will earn a certain amount, win more jobs or save a certain amount of time. Results depend on your business.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses.

8. Website content

• The website text, images, videos and files belong to RunSmoothSystems.
• Screens on the website show example data, not real businesses.
• Names like Google Sheets, Excel, Etsy and Lemon Squeezy belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders follow the terms in place on the day you bought.

10. Platform terms and problems

Your purchase is also covered by the terms of the platform you buy through (Lemon Squeezy or Etsy). If you have a problem, email us first at hello@runsmoothsystems.com: most issues are solved within one business day.
